From Skin Cells to Motor Neurons
HARVARD GAZETTE Harvard researchers have succeeded in reprogramming adult mouse skin cells directly into the type of motor neurons damaged in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), best known as Lou Gehrig's disease, and spinal muscular atropy (SMA).
